Yard Drains

Localized collection for isolated wet areas that do not need a whole-yard rebuild.

A yard drain is the right answer when one area holds water and the rest of the lot drains. It is the wrong answer when the whole grade is working against the house.

We treat yard drains as a measured correction: find the bowl, collect there, move the water to a discharge that will not create a new bowl. If the problem is actually a broken irrigation line or a missing downspout path, we say so before anyone digs.

Where it belongs

  • Single low area in the lawn
  • Play set or garden that stays wet
  • Between two high planting beds
  • After confirming it is rainwater, not a leak

The product is not the pipe. The product is a designed path — source, capture, movement, discharge, restoration.

Move water. Protect property.

Start with the path.
Not the pipe.

A Drainage Pro Property Water Analysis finds where water comes from, where it collects, and the right way to send it away from the house.
