What a drainage system can and cannot promise.

Outdoor drainage moves identified water along a designed path. It does not make a property flood-proof.
What we design for
A Drainage Pro system is designed for the sources we can identify and the rainfall and site conditions written in the scope. Extreme events, neighbor discharge, municipal storm failure, irrigation leaks, sewer backups, and changes you make after installation can exceed any residential system.
What we will not say
- We will not promise to prevent all flooding.
- We will not promise to protect a foundation permanently.
- We will not treat a wet spot as proof that a French drain is the answer.
- We will not treat this website as a substitute for a site visit.
Other trades
Wet when sprinklers run is often irrigation. Sewage odor or fixtures backing up is a drain or sewer problem. Those are not Drainage Pro scope unless a written proposal says otherwise. Irrigation work, where required, belongs with a licensed irrigator.
Permits and utilities
Utility locates are required before digging. Storm connections, easements, floodplain work, and right-of-way discharge can require local approval. Those questions are part of the analysis. They are not waived by anything on this website.
Pricing ranges
Any dollar ranges on the site are planning bands for testing, not quotes. Actual price depends on trench length, soil, access, pumps, discharge, and restoration.
